The coaching process starts with a coach question. We will transform this question in concrete coaching goals. The employer could be involved in this process, if both parties agree to this. Rosavicus Coaching & Training determines her own method of working, the sponsor or principal/patron has no right to say otherwise, because I am an entrepreneur. I adhere to the ethical code of conduct of the NOBCO. I value confidentiality highly, because this is the foundation of a good professional relationship, where the coachee could feel free to share information she/he wants to share. I Always use a positive approach: I see what goes well and what your qualities are. We will make use of these qualities to help you to develop and to reach your goals.
The coaching process normally consists of about 10 hours of coaching, divided in 8 conversations of about 75 minutes. We meet once every two or three weeks. Of course we could agree on different terms on individual bases. We will evaluate regularly during the process. The process and progress of the coaching will be discussed, for example the relationship between me and the coachee, and the goals of the coachee. Goals are subject to change, because the coachee wants to develop.
The coachee will take an active role in the coaching process by introducing something relevant every session, like a topic or reflection. The coachee will write a reflection and evaluation report at the end of the coaching process. (s)he will reflect on the goals, the process and the coach. We will also talk about the possibilities the coachee has to sustain the results on the long term.
