I am an amateur photographer and fan of the metaphors the nature naturally provides. therefore I will show you the norms, values and beliefs I find important, with images taking from nature and my interpretation/explanation.
Everyone has the potential to grow and flourish. This ”blossoming’ can take place everywhere, even though it might seems difficult at first sight (between the rocks).
The small and normal things are beautiful. things. What you might find ordinary, I find extraordinary and worthy. I spot these things: your talents.
There are always possibilities and ways to go forward, I look at the silver lining, even though the sun might not be present and the ways out are narrow.
Even though the road might seem endlessly…
…by taking one small step at a time you will come closer to your goals…
…but you need to hold on and not give up,
your intrinsic motivation is very important.
The path of change might be full of bumps and pot-holes, but you can overcome these obstacles if you have a goal, a destination. You are not alone on this path, I will guide you and stimulate you to overcome these obstacles and even to make use of them, because “the art of life is to build steps from the rocks you stumbled upon” (coach calendar 2017, January 6).
The journey is more important than the destination. Enjoy the views on your way.
remember and make use of the past, but do not stick around too long, look ahead, but live in the present (the here and now): carpe diem!
But all in all be proud of yourself when you reach the top! It is totally fine to be very satisfied with your accomplishments!
You do not have to be big to be great. Dare to choose for yourself and speak up when necessary. Discover what makes you happy.
I do not judge or think you are crazy. You can be yourself and do what feels and is good for you.
